Yomaly (she/her) joined Footsteps in January 2019 as the organization’s first ever in-house career coach as the Economic Empowerment Program Manager. She provides career counseling, develops career services programming, manages partnerships with other workforce development programs, and oversees Footsteps’ internship and apprenticeship support initiatives such as the Footsteps Career Fellowship and the Footsteps Internship Fund. With 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce development, she encourages Footsteps members to create and pursue their ideal career or entrepreneurial paths. She has a bachelor’s of business administration degree with a concentration in human resources management.
