Sofia (she/her) joined Footsteps in November 2021. In her role as the Development Manager, she is directly responsible for day-to-day management of engaging donors and foundation funders through stewardship and cultivation communications, special events and engagement activities, and direct solicitations. Prior to working at Footsteps, Sofia spent nearly a decade managing theatrical productions in New York and Miami. Her experience working with folks from diverse backgrounds and her creative and humanitarian spirit has allowed her to transition into the world of Footsteps seamlessly.
