Rayne (she/her) joined the Footsteps’ staff in February 2022. As the Community Engagement Coordinator Rayne has expanded the family programming offered by Footsteps and further developed opportunities for member engagement with a focus on creating spaces for connection and healing. As a parent and a Footsteps member herself, she understands the unique and varying needs of Footsteps members at different stages in the process of establishing self-determined lives after leaving insular, ultra-Orthodox communities. Rayne is passionate about building sustainable communities and is deeply committed to human rights causes. Rayne brings a decade of operational and administrative experience to this role, as well as many years of experience in grassroots activism and advocacy.
