Hoda (she/her) joined Footsteps in May 2019.  As the Senior Director of Programs, she leads strategy and provides support and oversight to Footsteps’ programming. Hoda was born and raised in the Middle East and is passionate about providing access, resources, and agency to marginalized individuals owing to her personal experience growing up in a low-income community. Hoda has nearly 20 years of progressive non-profit experience managing anti-poverty and socio-economic empowerment programs. Hoda holds a master’s degree in public policy from the American University in Cairo.
