Dave (he/they) joined Footsteps in 2019 as the Volunteer Manager. Working with Footsteps members on their educational, career, and other personal goals, he connects them with a wide range of Footsteps volunteers. Dave also works with other Footsteps departments on various programming needs. Prior to joining Footsteps, Dave worked in NYC arts non-profits for 14 years. Dave is pleased that his work at Footsteps allows him to bring his whole self to the job of being an approachable, thoughtful, and comforting presence to members and volunteers, and at the same time being an incisive thinker for managing large groups of people and large amounts of data. Dave holds degrees from Brooklyn College and Wesleyan University.
