Mindfulness Group ๐Ÿ–๏ธ

March 10 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

This 1-hour group will include grounding techniques, emotional regulation, and present-moment awareness. Alexa ([email protected]) will provide a brief overview of mindfulness and then lead a 25-minute meditation exercise. The group will conclude with an optional share and reflect. We aim to create a safe, respectful environment where members can explore mindfulness and build tools to support mental well-being.
