Child Support Workshop with LSHV 🖍️

Join Footsteps and attorneys from the Legal Services of Hudson Valley for a zoom workshop aimed at helping parents understand the ins and outs of child support rights and obligations under New York Law.

Legal Services of Hudson Valley will provide a basic overview of the law, answering questions such as: When am I obligated to pay child support? When am I entitled to receive it? How is child support calculated? What if my financial circumstances change? What happens if I don’t pay or if my ex is not paying me?

Following the workshop there will be time for more specific questions and/or referrals for more in depth support.
