Roshni (she/her) joined Footsteps as the Coordinator of the Executive Office in August 2024 and is responsible for project management and operations for the executive team.  Agency and authenticity are values that Roshni holds dear as her cultural background and family dynamics make it challenging to deviate from the norm.  Driven by a passion for social justice and equity, Roshni has been dedicated to nonprofit work and community building since 2015, leveraging her skills in strategic problem-solving, innovative thinking, and meticulous organization to support executive teams and lead impactful initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Ball State University.
